This is for you if you know you need to create content to build your business - but you’ve been lagging with it.
Maybe you’re scared to show your face on video, or it just feels overwhelming and you don’t know where to start. I want to let you off the hook (and set you free!).
Back when content got ridiculous – like 2015 Gary Vee (who’s got a team of 200 people or more working for him) telling business owners to post 5 times a day on EVERY platform in every single way - I started posting madly.
YouTube videos, livestreams, posts, stories, podcast, the lot!
Problem was, my offers weren't converting much from my content.
The Daily Checklist From Hell
Thinking I needed to just promote EVEN MORE, I created a checklist with over 30 things on it because a business coach said that’s what she did to get rich.
The problem was, I didn’t have a social media team. It was all me.
And I was stressed to the eyeballs, which was creating MORE content creation overwhelm.
I’d start this list on Monday and then bomb out by Wednesday. So my energy was sapped by the time I actually worked with clients.
The overwhelm would tap out my nervous system.
By Thursday I was eating bowls of popcorn in front of Friends reruns because I was so fried.
And then I’d feel like a failure because my content wasn’t Gary Vee production quality… and I couldn’t stick to the regime.

Business Owner vs. Content Creator
If this sounds like you and you’re stuck right now trying to post, film, talk, write and all the things to build your business, then stop!
Start with ONE.
Then you can slowly build on it (without triggering overwhelm) so your brain has time to adapt to each new habit (and you can build your income enough to pay someone else to do it).
But for now, just double down on that one thing you enjoy doing and know you’ll stick to.
And while I am a strategist (my hypnosis + business package includes that), a calm mind and fully functioning frontal lobe needs to be cultivated first.
Because when we get your head right - and only do things that keep your nervous system calm, then you do your best work in your zone of genius.
AND how you show up online makes you look more grounded… and trustworthy.
Time To Declutter
So the problem isn't content creation, per se.
It’s that you’re pressuring yourself to take on a second job and then beating yourself up for "calling in sick".
Content Creation is a literal job on its own.
And you have other important work to do that needs your time and energy.
The "Minimalist Millionaire" Rule
As I shared above, my income didn't go up just because I posted more.
In fact, some of my ‘dry months’ were because I was slapping tons of content up there of just ramblings, no structure and very word salady.
The pressure to be prolific dropped my quality massively… and my income.
It was when I focused on ONE thing first and mastered it, that the money flowed in easily (then I added more).
Using Hypnosis to 'Delete' the Noise
So if you’ve got a voice in your head saying “More hustle + More content = More Money” it’s because that program is running on a loop in your subconscious.
It's a belief called "Value by Volume".
You think that if you do more, you are worth more.
This is where Hypnosis becomes the ultimate decluttering tool.
We use it to turn down the internal noise volume.
We access the control room of your brain and delete the file that says: "If I'm not doing 30,000 tasks, I'm failing."
Once we install the new belief, "My value comes from simplicity, not volume", your overwhelm will dissolve.
You’ll naturally stop doing the busy work because your brain no longer craves the adrenaline of the stress.
You create from calm.
And calm content converts.
