Hey, I'm Ainsley Micallef - This is my story...

For my whole life, I've been interested in health. But my path hasn’t been a

straight line to health success - it's been a typical, messy human journey.

I was the type who'd knock back an entire bucket of ice cream in one sitting. Popcorn was my other addictive snack - and then there were the cakes, overeating and constant stopping and starting with exercise (and the alcohol - but I'm 8 years sober now).

And for a long time, I couldn't understand why I would NOT get out of my own way... until a voice came into my head one day and said, "You don't believe you're in control - there's no invisible force owning you, it's you". It woke me up and made me realise how stuck in "helplessness" I was... and how disempowered I was making myself.

So that formed part of a 2-decade long deep dive into how our beliefs about not being in control of our decisions, are the core reason why we can't put the cake down... or have any intentionality around food + fitness.

I studied Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing + Somatics, which helped me deeply understand the psychology of addictive behaviours + avoidance - and also, how our sense of control plays a HUGE part in our success. *And I'm not talking "control" as in "force" - I'm talking "control as indifference" - the emotion is taken out, the resistance is eliminated.

Because we already know what to do (you can ChatGPT meal + exercise plans these days) - but it's the war inside your mind + body that needs to be brought to peace for sustainable change.

My work is grounded in a hybrid of qualifications and years of experience:

  • Hypnotherapist (Dip.)

  • Counsellor (Dip.)

  • NLP Master (Cert.)

  • Trauma Therapy with Vagal Toning (Cert.)

  • Energy Healing (Adv. Cert.)

  • Certifications in Positive Psychology, Mental Health and more

I've also done vegan, high carb, low carb, keto, carnivore, fasting, meal prepping, calorie counting, macrobiotic and everything in between. But I found the best way is to minimise the mental load by keeping it simple and program my mind to make healthy decisions on autopilot.

My Philosophy

I know that when you let go of your attachment to food noise + exercise avoidance, you will naturally take the actions to take care of your mind and body. It just becomes something you do - and someone you are.

So if you're a woman who's smart, self-aware, and ready to change your life - this is for you!
