Hypnosis Session + Package Policy
1. Requirements

Business Stage: You must have an established business (website and services already active). *Packages are not suitable for MLM, MRR, Content Creators or Influencers.
​
Medical Exclusions: My style of Hypnotherapy is not suitable for severe trauma (PTSD), mental illness, or addictions. Please consult a medical professional. Note: Medications affecting cognitive function may impair hypnosis. Proceeding is at your discretion.
Client Dissatisfaction: If there's something you aren't happy with throughout our time working together, please communicate this with me so I can resolve it immediately.

The Right Fit: If I determine during our planning phase that my services aren't the best fit for you, you will receive a full refund immediately.

2. Booking & Cancellations
​
Prior to Starting: A full refund is available up to 24 hours before your very first session.
​
Late Cancellations: No refunds or reschedules are permitted within 24 hours of your booked session.
​
If I Cancel: If I need to postpone your session within 48 hours, I will gift you a bonus session for the inconvenience.
​
Payment Plans: If a scheduled payment is missed, your sessions and content access will pause until it is paid.
​
Skipping Weeks: It's highly recommended that sessions are weekly - but I understand that life happens. So you may skip a week or 2 if required. *This forfeits you from the Continuation Guarantee (see bottom) **Messenger support is unavailable after the 4+8 week end dates.

Taking Action: It is your responsibility to book your session times and reach out via message for support.

3. Refunds & Guarantees
​
Once We Begin: Due to the real time nature of this work, completed sessions are non-refundable. For packages, no refunds or transfers are available once the first session has been used.
​
Revisions: If you aren't happy with your hypnosis outcomes, let me know ASAP and I will revise your hypnosis audio free of charge.
​
Shared Responsibility: I provide the exact tools you need, but your success and execution of the work is your responsibility.
​
The Continuation Guarantee (8 Week Packages): I cannot guarantee specific financial numbers. However, provided you are consistently doing the work and following the guidelines, I will continue to support you via Messenger for 1 bonus month if you feel dissatisfied with the outcome. **Not available to clients who skip weeks for sessions.
