Hypnosis Session + Package Policy

1. SERVICES, SUITABILITY & SCOPE

 

1.1 Nature of Services
High Vibe Hypno provides hypnosis, psychology-informed change work, education and mentoring intended to support changes in thinking and behaviour relating to food, exercise, healthy habits and body confidence.

 

1.2 Scope of Practice
The services provided by High Vibe Hypno do not constitute professional dietary or physical fitness advice, medical treatment, diagnosis or medical advice and are not intended to replace treatment or advice provided by an appropriately qualified health professional.

 

1.3 Medical Suitability
High Vibe Hypno is not suitable for clients requiring specialised treatment for severe trauma, including PTSD, mental illness, depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol addiction, or other conditions outside the scope of these services. Where a client's needs fall outside this scope, the client may be advised to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

 

1.4 Medication
Certain medications, including those affecting mood, cognition or alertness, may affect a client's experience of hypnosis. Clients are responsible for discussing any relevant concerns with their prescribing health professional.

 

1.5 Nutrition & Exercise
Exercise, nutrition and dietary advice are outside the scope of High Vibe Hypno's services. Hypnosis may be tailored to support a meal or exercise plan selected by the client; however, any nutrition, exercise or fitness program should be developed with an appropriately qualified professional. High Vibe Hypno accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from external health, fitness or nutrition advice.

 

1.6 Suitability Assessment
High Vibe Hypno reserves the right to determine whether its services are appropriate for a prospective client. Where it is determined during the planning stage that the services are not an appropriate fit, the client will receive a full refund.

2. SESSIONS & CLIENT SUPPORT

 

2.1 Delivery
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Meeting details will be provided separately.

​

2.2 Initial Session
For 4 and 8 week packages, the first session is a planning session during which the client's goals and proposed work are established. The first hypnosis session may be scheduled during the same week.

 

2.3 Session Duration
Sessions are goal-focused rather than time-focused. Accordingly, a session may conclude prior to the set session duration where the agreed work has been completed to the client's satisfaction. No credit, refund or replacement session will be provided for unused session time.

 

2.4 Recording & Hypnosis Audios
Hypnosis sessions are recorded for the purpose of providing the client with a recording to replay between sessions. Regular listening to personalised hypnosis recordings is recommended to reinforce the work undertaken during sessions.

 

2.5 Messenger Support
Where included in a package, Messenger support is available during the applicable package term for questions, check-ins, updates and clarification relating to the services provided. Messenger support is not intended for general conversation.

Messages will be responded to during business hours Monday to Friday, with a maximum response time of 12 hours.

The client is responsible for initiating contact where support is required.

3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

 

3.1 Client Cancellations
A client may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

 

3.2 Single Sessions
Where a single session is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, the client is eligible for a full refund.

 

3.3 Package Sessions
Where a package session is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, the session may be rescheduled.

 

3.4 Late Cancellation
Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or replacement session.

 

3.5 Extension of Package Term
A package session may be moved beyond the original package completion date where at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Any session extended beyond the original package term will result in the client becoming ineligible for the Continuation Guarantee.

Messenger support will cease on the original package completion date regardless of whether a session has been moved beyond that date.

 

3.6 Payment Plans
Where a scheduled payment is missed or remains outstanding, High Vibe Hypno may suspend future sessions and access to included content until payment has been received.

 

3.7 High Vibe Hypno Cancellation
High Vibe Hypno will endeavour to provide at least 48 hours' notice where a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Where this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a bonus session in addition to the rescheduled session.

4. REFUNDS & TERMINATION

 

4.1 Initial Refund Period
A full refund may be requested up to 24 hours prior to the client's first session.

 

4.2 Commencement of Services
Once a session has been completed, that session is non-refundable. Once the first session of a package has been used, the package is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

4.3 Termination by the Client
No refund will be provided where the client subsequently changes their mind, fails to attend sessions, fails to participate in the agreed work, ceases communication, voluntarily discontinues the services or fails to make required payments.

 

4.4 Conduct
High Vibe Hypno reserves the right to terminate services where a client attends a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves abusively or disrespectfully, breaches confidentiality, or otherwise engages in conduct that materially interferes with the professional relationship.

 

Where services are terminated for these reasons, no refund will be provided.

 

4.5 Resolution of Concerns
 

Where a client has a concern or grievance regarding the services, the client should communicate the concern as soon as reasonably practicable. High Vibe Hypno will provide a reasonable opportunity to discuss and, where appropriate, resolve the concern.

 

5. HYPNOSIS AUDIO REVISIONS

 

Where a personalised hypnosis recording is provided and the client considers that the recording is not appropriately aligned with the agreed objective, the client must notify High Vibe Hypno as soon as reasonably practicable.

One revision of the personalised hypnosis audio will be provided at no additional charge.

 

6. RESULTS & LIMITATION OF GUARANTEE

 

6.1 Intended Outcomes
The services are intended to support meaningful changes in thinking, mindset and behaviour.

6.2 No Guaranteed Physical Outcome
High Vibe Hypno does not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, body composition change, clothing size, fitness level, timeframe for success or other measurable physical outcome.

​

Results may be affected by individual circumstances, personal history, motivation, participation and actions taken outside sessions.

​

6.3 Shared Responsibility

High Vibe Hypno will provide the tools, education, strategies, hypnosis and support considered appropriate and within its scope of practice.

​

The client acknowledges that achieving and maintaining behavioural change requires their active participation and agrees to complete the agreed work, use provided materials and hypnosis, undertake agreed actions between sessions, attend scheduled sessions and communicate openly regarding any difficulties or concerns.

​

7. CONTINUATION GUARANTEE

​

7.1 Eligibility
The Continuation Guarantee applies to eligible 4 and 8 week package clients who have completed the program requirements and fully participated in the agreed work.

​

7.2 4-Week Program
Eligible clients will receive an additional two (2) weeks of Messenger support at no additional charge.

 

7.3 8-Week Program
Eligible clients will receive an additional four (4) weeks of Messenger support at no additional charge.

 

7.4 Scope of Guarantee
The Continuation Guarantee relates solely to the client's satisfaction with the intended mindset and behavioural work undertaken during the program.

 

It does not constitute a guarantee of weight loss, body composition change, clothing size, fitness level, or any other measurable physical result.

 

7.5 Exclusions
The Continuation Guarantee does not apply where the client has failed to participate fully in the program requirements or where sessions have been extended beyond the original package term.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Information disclosed by a client during sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary in connection with Mandatory Reporting for illegal, unethical or criminal activity, where there is a concern that a person may be harmed, or where the client has expressly agreed to the use of their experience as a testimonial or case study.

Participation in testimonials or marketing activities is voluntary and may be anonymous.

​

9. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

​

By purchasing and attending sessions, the client acknowledges that:

​

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

• You have provided information honestly and accurately;

• You understand the nature and scope of the services;

• You understand that hypnosis is a collaborative process;

• You understand that specific physical or measurable outcomes cannot be guaranteed; and

• You accept responsibility for your participation and actions outside the sessions.
