4 Week Food or Fitness Hypnosis Intensive
$697
Service Description
A private, 1-on-1 experience designed to help you make healthy eating or regular exercise feel more natural, automatic and consistent. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we focus intensively on one area for four weeks: either creating a consistent exercise routine or changing the way you eat. We work with the thinking and behavioural patterns underneath your habits, using hypnosis to help close the gap between knowing what you want to do and actually doing it. This is perfect for you if: - You know what you need to do to improve your health, but struggle to consistently follow through. - You want exercise to become something you naturally do, rather than something you constantly have to motivate yourself to do. - You want healthy eating to feel easier and less like a daily battle. - You’re tired of relying on willpower, starting over and having the same internal arguments with yourself. - You want to become the woman who naturally makes choices that support her health, fitness and future. What’s Included: 1-Hour Strategy Kick-Off: We map out your 4-week goal and identify exactly what needs to change so we can begin working on it straight away. 4 x Weekly 1:1 Hypnosis Sessions: Each session builds on the last, helping you change the thoughts, beliefs and behavioural patterns connected to your chosen focus. 4 x Personalised Hypnosis Recordings: Your tailored hypnosis audios give you something to use between sessions to reinforce the new patterns we're creating. Direct Message Support: You have access to me between sessions for questions, feedback or those moments when you need a little clarity. The Result: Whether we're working on exercise motivation or healthy eating, the goal is to move you out of the constant “Should I? Shouldn't I?” conversation in your head. You start becoming the woman who just does the thing. Exercise becomes part of your routine. Healthy food becomes an easier choice. You feel more in control of your behaviour and less like you're constantly trying to make yourself do something you don't want to do. You're not relying on motivation forever. You're changing the way you operate.
